I do have an existing electric water heater at home, however, when 2 or more persons are taking a shower at the time, we run out of hot water pretty quick, I’d like to have something bigger or better to avoid having this inconvenience, I’d like to have plenty of hot water for every body at home. What can you suggest me to have, how much total? thanks!

Commercial water heaters account for a large percentage of the energy needs of any facility. These needs may be a little lower in the case of office buildings or certain industries that don't require round the clock supply of hot water. But in the case of hotels, the percentage may be as high as 40% of the total energy bill. Therefore, it is essential that a commercial water heater have the highest degree of energy efficiency. These water heaters can be storage models or commercial tankless water heaters, electric or gas powered. There are also heat pump and tankless coil models, as well as hot water supply boilers that are only used to supply portable hot water to a facility, and do not meet space heating needs.
Where energy efficiency of a commercial water heater is concerned, a number of factors are involved including the flow rate, temperature range, time when the hot water is required and the amount of hot water needed. Commercial electric water heaters have a uniform efficiency rating in the standby heat loss. This standby loss is expressed as loss per hour in percentage. Lower values denote greater efficiency. Gas commercial water heaters can have a thermal efficiency rating that's up to 95%. In a building that has peak hour demand at specified times, a storage water heater can offer greater energy efficiency. However, in buildings that have uniform water heating needs throughout the day, a commercial tankless hot water heater provides a consistent flow of hot water.
The efficiency of a commercial water heater lies not just in the fuel type or the model, but in the way the entire water heating system of the building is designed. Some of the most popular commercial water heater brands include American Water Heater, Bock, and Bradford White etc. To find reputed commercial water heater companies in Milwaukee, simply trust our contractor matching service.
